Beyond what is needed to serve the site securely and protect the contact form from automated abuse, we use only cookieless analytics, which measure page views without identifying you. - Delivering contracted services and maintaining client relationships.
- Website security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

We may share it with service providers where necessary for business operations, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, and the Turnstile check that protects our contact form from automated abuse, Elastic Email for delivering contact form messages, Zoho Mail for hosting the mailbox those messages arrive in, and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) where you choose to contact us or receive service notifications through it. These providers are expected to protect data in accordance with applicable laws and their contractual obligations.
These providers operate outside Canada, so information shared with them is stored and processed outside Canada and may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement, and national security authorities of the countries in which they operate.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal or contractual obligations. When it is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Safeguards
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, theft, or disclosure. The website is served over HTTPS, the contact form is protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiry messages is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
